People are welcome to visit anytime, but bear in mind that the community is spread out over several square miles and people are busy with their personal lives. To the casual visitor it can seem to be a very quiet place.
Guided Tours: During our guided tour, we stop at various sites of interest and tell the history of each place, as well as what is going on there now. You’ll also get to visit areas of The Farm that are usually closed to the public. Length: 2 hours Price: $40 for 1-4 people Each additional person $5. By reservation only.
For questions about the community – past and present, please go to our FAQ page.
Farm Experience Weekend: We highly recommend that anyone interested in visiting or living on The Farm consider attending our Farm Experience Weekend. This gives you the best overview of the community, with an in depth look at our history and current structure, a guided tour of the community and Ecovillage Training Center, plus workshops on alternative education, midwifery, starting a small business and more. You’ll meet a wide variety of members and have the opportunity to have all your questions answered. Please check our calendar for dates.
